Staff from the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs presented on the Community Ecosystem Learning Collaborative, a 15-month learning collaborative starting April 2021 that will give teams from across the country the opportunity to develop complex care ecosystems in their communities. During this webinar, staff reviewed the learning collaborative’s goals, the request for proposals (RFP), the application, and important dates. Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions.
