Anti-racism resource toolkit

This publication was produced by the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) Office of Health Equity as part of the National Center’s 2020 regional complex care convening cohort. The publication describes “Dismantling Systemic Racism in Pennsylvania,” the DOH convening of 200 participants across 26 state agencies. It includes an extensive toolkit of books, articles, videos, podcasts, and more that individuals can use to educate themselves in order to better dismantle systemic racism and promote health equity.
