This year’s annual conference on complex care is going virtual! Putting Care at the Center is the annual conference of the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs. It is a venue for the complex care field to learn, network, and create a shared agenda for improving care for people with complex needs.
Join your colleagues and peers from across the country online October 27-28 as we discuss how the major events of 2020 — from the COVID-19 pandemic to the uprisings for racial justice to the 2020 elections — will affect the lives of people with complex health and social needs and the delivery of complex care. We will also be introducing a set of brand new core competencies for front-line complex care providers.
This year’s conference theme is Teamwork, resilience, and health justice in complex care. We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Uché Blackstock, Founder and CEO of Advancing Health Equity, as the event’s keynote speaker.
Early bird registration is open through September 15, with prices starting at just $79 for the two-day event. Discounts are available for students, community health workers, peers, and navigators, and free registration is available for complex care consumers and caregivers.
