We are now accepting Beehive presentation proposals for Putting Care at the Center 2018, our annual conference on complex care. This year’s conference theme is Complex Care, Today and Tomorrow. We will delve into complex care models that have been developed across the country and explore directions for future innovation. We are excited to add your voice to the conversation.
The Beehive is a venue where conference participants are invited to dream big, share ideas, and dialogue with allies and collaborators working to build a national field and movement around complex care.
In addition to informal networking space, the Beehive consists of stations where Beehive presenters will have the opportunity to engage one on one with conference attendees through poster presentations, conversations with experts, tool and technology exchanges, and more. Presenters are encouraged to actively participate in the Beehive when they are not presenting.
Beehive presenters are responsible for their own registration and travel costs.
The deadline for Beehive applications is June 15, 2018.
Putting Care at the Center 2018 will be held December 5-7 in Chicago, IL, co-hosted with Rush University Medical Center. Putting Care at the Center is an opportunity for innovators and advocates for healthcare delivery reform from across the country, both pioneers and newcomers, to meet, network, and create a shared agenda for the emerging field of complex care.
